Your first dive in Dahab: what to expect

Dahab is one of the best places in the world to learn to dive. Warm water, calm conditions, and shore entries mean less boat time and more time underwater.

What to bring on day one

Bring your certification card if you have one, a photo ID, sunscreen, and a reusable water bottle. We provide full equipment for course students and can rent gear for certified divers.

The Lighthouse is our go-to training site — shallow sandy patches for skills, then a gentle slope down to the reef. Most first dives here are relaxed, unhurried, and full of colour.
