What you'll do
4 dives over 2 days. Deep and navigation dives are mandatory — you choose the remaining from the PADI adventure dive list.
- Deep diving theory — narcosis, gas planning, safety stops
- Training dives 1 & 2 to progressively greater depths
- Training dives 3 & 4 including dives to 30–40m
- Emergency procedure drills and certification
